Bola joined London Borough of Southwark in December 2023. She has over 20 years’ experience of responsibility for overseeing and directing the management of four different London council’s pension investment strategy over the years.
Bola has gained first-hand experience on a wide range of activities, such as creating and enhancing external relationships with key stakeholders, project management, procurement, performance measurements and monitoring, cash flow management, funding gap management, investment portfolio restructuring, fund manager selection, and asset allocation.
