Jeff is the Head of Finance and Deputy S 151 Officer of Swansea Council, having joined the Authority in 2003 as Group Manager, Treasury & Pensions. He is the designated senior officer of the £3 billion City & County of Swansea Local Government Pension Fund.
Prior to local government, as a chartered certified accountant, Jeff worked in private practice and industry before joining the Public Sector where he advised on Capital and PFI projects in the NHS in England & Wales.
