Laura has worked at North East Scotland Pension Fund for 20 years, during that time her role has evolved from being responsible for the accounting function to include investments as the Fund value increased.

In 2013, Laura took on responsibility for the entire Pension Fund as the Pension Fund Manager, including all aspects of service delivery, accounting, benefit, employer relations, governance, investment and systems.

Prior to working in local government, she held a number of financial professional positions within a variety of private sectors, providing financial services to multiple companies with in a group structure.
